Casual Comfort warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene lawn furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5) years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase. At its option, Casual Comfort will repair or replace this product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. Should Casual Comfort choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time warranty service is required, a substitution of similar performance and equal or greater value will be made. Polyethylene is a synthetic material and may scratch or fade when exposed to sunlight. It may also stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty.

Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the applicable warranty period. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as coastal areas) if not maintained properly. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners or structural failure due to rusting fasteners, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of this product, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials or any attempt to use the product in a manner or for a purpose other then for which it is customarily intended.

This warranty also does not cover scratching or chipping of polyethylene; however, this warranty shall not limit any warranties made by the manufacturer for such items which may extend to you. Casual Comfort makes no warranties other than those which are specifically described herein. Casual Comfort makes no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this product. Casual Comfort does not pay shipping fees to replace the product.

Folding Chairs and Folding Accessories are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of ten (10) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use. Swivels, Arbors and A-Frames are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.

Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use. Compression of cushions shall not be considered a defect in materials and workmanship and are not covered under this warranty.
Sling chairs and umbrellas are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use.
To be valid, the original invoice or sales receipt must be presented. No person or company is authorized to change or extend the terms of this warranty. Repair or replacements are made subject to in-warranty validation by warrantor. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state-to-state.

E.C. Woods, Inc. (“E.C. Woods”) warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene outdoor furniture products will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years for residential use or five (5) years for commercial use unless otherwise noted in this warranty.  The warranty is effective starting on the date of purchase.  At its option, E.C. Woods will repair or replace this product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists.  Should E.C. Woods choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time warranty service is required, a substitution of similar performance of equal or greater value will be made.  Polyethylene is a synthetic product and may scratch or fade slightly when exposed to sunlight or stain after prolonged contact with other substances.  Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature.  The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty.

Swivels are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.

E.C. Woods makes no warranties other than those which are specifically described herein.  E.C. Woods makes no implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.  Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you.  In that event, any such implied warranty is limited to that required by law.  E.C. Woods shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.  The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this product.  Any cost of shipping and handling shall be paid by you.  Any claims under this warranty must be made in writing within the warranty period and provided to the dealer where you purchased the product

All-Weather Resin – Bahama Winds Resin Furnishings are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from date of purchase on aluminum frame, and three years on resin weave, webbed seat supports, swivel bases and gliding mechanisms. Frame damage due to water exposure in freezing temperatures is not covered.

Cast & Extruded Aluminum – Bahama Winds cast and exctruded aluminum furnishings are warrantied for five years from date of purchase on frame and three years on resin weave, webbed seat supports, swivel bases, gliding mechanisms and cracking or peeling on the finish, unless abraded or scratched. Frame damage due to water exposure in freezing temperatures is not covered.

Custom Cushions – Leisureluxe cushions are warrantied on seam separation, fabric slippage, flaws, and dye lot variations at time of delivery only.

If an item fails under the above terms, manufacturer will repair, replace, or credit that item. Warranties apply to original owner only and require date receipt and photographs. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Abuse, acts of nature, accidents or commercial use voids this warranty.

Hostetler warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene lawn furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5) years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase. With Proper use and care, we are confident that our products will provide you with years of trouble-free enjoyment. Your furniture comes with a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Standard warranty periods for each category of furniture are provided below.

GRADE A TEAK FURNITURE: 5-year warranty against structural failure of frame for residential. 3-year warranty against structural failure of frame for commercial use.

DISTRESSED TEAK FURNITURE: 5-year warranty against structural failure of frame for residential. 3-year warranty against structural failure of frame for commercial use. 1 year warranty against peeling, cracking, or blistering of finish on galvanized steel table tops.

STAINLESS STEEL FURNITURE: 3 year warranty against structural failure of frame for residential or commercial applications.

WOVEN FURNITURE (RESIN WICKER): 3 year warranty against structural failure of frame for residential or commercial use. 1 year warrant for glass table tops.

ALUMINUM FURNITURE: 5 year warranty against structural failure of frame for residential. 3 year warranty against structural failure of frame for commercial use.

UMBRELLAS/BASES:  1 year umbrella warranty against structural failure of frame for residential and commercial uses (wind damage not covered). 1 year umbrella base warranty for residential or commercial use (corrosion not covered).

CUSHIONS, SLINGS, PILLOWS, FURNITURE COVERS: 1 year warranty against defects in material (except COM) or workmanships for residential or commercial use.  (teak oil stains not covered)

This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abuse uses, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading and stretching of fabrics, glass breakage, glides, repairs or modifications to the product after purchase, or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care and maintenance as outlined in the care & maintenance page.

Teak wood is natural material. As such, you may notice checking (small cracks), teak oil secretions, and a lifting of the grain as the wood weathers outdoors. These are normal occurrences and are not covered by warranty.

DISTRESSED TEAK furniture is prized for its unique character. Nicks, splits, cracks, knots and other imperfections in the wood are an inherent part of the furniture design. Finishes are hand applied and some slight color variation is normal. By its nature, distressed teak wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enriches the furniture’s distressed appeal and is not covered under warranty.

This is a Residential Lifetime Limited Warranty Certificate covering the use of your LuxCraft Poly Outdoor Furniture.  During the lifetime of this limited warranty, LuxCraft will repair a defective or nonconforming product or part without charge to you. This limited warranty is non- transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the furniture piece.

When used appropriately and maintained properly, LuxCraft guarantees that this product will remain structurally sound. You will need to periodically clean this product. As with any outdoor furniture, minimal fading may occur when exposed to direct sunlight, and this should not be considered to be a defect in the product.

This warranty does not cover damage to the Poly Outdoor Furniture caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, vandalism, or acts of God (including but not limited to tornadoes, hail, and floods). THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

You must notify Dan’s Porch and Patio within thirty (30) days after you find a defect in your furniture in order to make a claim under this warranty. The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be for repair or replacement of the product. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as seller is willing and able to repair or replace the defective parts and, in any event, seller’s liability for any damages due buyer will be limited to the purchase price of the goods. THIS PARAGRAPH STATES BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY.

To be valid, the original invoice or bill of sale must be attached to this guarantee. No person or company is authorized to change or extend the terms of this warranty. Repair or replacements are made subject to in-warranty validation by warrantor. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state-to-state.

This is a 10-Year Limited Warranty Certificate covering your use of the pergola manufactured by LuxCraft™. During the period of this limited warranty, LuxCraft™ will repair a defective or nonconforming product or part without charge to you. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, and is effective only if the pergola remains at the site originally constructed or delivered by LuxCraft™ or the authorized dealer, as applicable. Relocating the covered product by any other party automatically invalidates this warranty. When used appropriately and maintained properly, LuxCraft™ guarantees that this product will remain structurally sound. As with any building which is located on top of the ground, settling may occur. You also will need to periodically clean, caulk, and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of the pergola which will cut off ventilation. Damage to the pergola caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, vandalism, or acts of God, including but not limited to tornadoes, hail, and floods, will not be covered by this warranty. You must notify Dan’s Porch and Patio within thirty (30) days after you find a defect in your pergola. To be valid, the original invoice or bill of sale must be attached to this guarantee.

We warrant to you, the original purchaser that with the exceptions stated below, the furniture you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance or stretching.

STRUCTURAL

This limited structural warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery. If within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters, Mallin will, at our option, repair or replace the frame in the original color and style. Please note that it is at Mallin’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not.

FINISH

This limited finish warranty lasts for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

CUSHION

This limited warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Cushion warranty covers workmanship of the cushion itself and the filler for one (1) year. Fabrics may be covered under a separate warranty by the fabric manufacturer. If a fabric is deemed defective after the one (1) year cushion warranty by the fabric manufacturer, cost for replacing the cushion, less the fabric charges would be your responsibility. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

 

PARTS

Certain parts, such as recliner mechanisms, fire table burners, etc., only carry a one (1) year warranty.

 

STRAPS

If within the Warranty Period, the strap breaks or pulls out of the frame within three (3) years from date of delivery, Mallin will send a replacement strap(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). Please note that it is at Mallin’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not.

 

SLINGS

If within the Warranty Period, the sling breaks or pulls out of the frame within one (1) year from date of delivery, Mallin will send a replacement sling(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). Please note that it is at Mallin’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not. In the event that a frame finish, style or fabric has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective frame, sling or cushion in a similar style or color at our option. Please note, because iron is made from steel, small amounts of rust seepage may appear when used outdoors, mainly in the joints and crevices. This seepage is normal and is not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance (e.g. cleaning the furniture, touching up nicks and scrapes) must be exercised.

Freight charges will be paid by Mallin for two (2) years from purchase for warranty claims proof of purchase is required. Customer will be responsible for freight charges after the first two (2) years of the Warranty Period. Mallin reserves the right to examine all merchandise claimed to be defective. Upon approval of the claim, Mallin will authorize either repair or replacement of the defective furniture, strap, sling, cushion or part. No returns shall be accepted without a return authorization from Mallin.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, glides or if the furniture is used for commercial purposes (except where noted) or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the product information brochures.

Ratana’s furniture residential warranty is a limited warranty which is valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser with proof of purchase (original itemized sales receipt with date of purchase). This limited warranty covers RESIDENTIAL FURNITURE FOR NORMAL RESIDENTIAL USE. Proper maintenance including routine cleaning, maintenance and tightening of all screws and bolts, replacement of worn glides, lubrication of mechanical parts and removal of products in severe climates and high winds is required to keep this warranty in effect.

Stainless Steel Frame Furniture 10 Years Structural / 3 Years Weaving or Finishing Limited Warranty. The Ratana warranty covers stainless steel frame collections for 10 years from date of purchase against structural failure and covers 3 years weaving defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR, TEXTURE OR FINISHES AND SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS THAT RESULT FROM THE CASTING AND/OR FINISHING PROCESS.

The Ratana woven resin warranty is valid for 3 years from date of purchase against abnormal discoloration and/or fading due to defects in raw materials. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other causes are not covered. Unraveling due to normal wear and tear is not covered.

Extruded Aluminum Furniture 5 Years Structural / 3 Years Weaving or Finishing Limited Warranty. The Ratana warranty for extruded aluminum frame collections for 5 years against structural failure and 3 years finishing against peeling, cracking or blistering from the date of purchase. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR, TEXTURE OR FINISHES AND SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS THAT RESULT FROM THE CASTING AND/OR FINISHING PROCESS.

The Ratana woven resin or ropes warranty is valid for 3 years from date of purchase against abnormal discoloration and/or fading due to defects in raw materials. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other causes are not covered. Unraveling due to normal wear and tear is not covered. Fabric rips, tears or pilling in upholstered or woven straps/ropes products due to normal wear and tear are not covered.

Wicker Woven Furniture / Sling with Aluminum Frame Furniture 3 Years Structural / 3 Years Weaving or Finishing Limited Warranty. The Ratana warranty for wicker woven collections is valid for 3 years from date of purchase against structural failure and abnormal resin discoloration or fading due to defects in raw materials. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other cause are not covered. Unraveling due to normal wear and tear is not covered.

Surfaces Warranty for Table Top/Table Base 3 Years Limited Warranty. The Ratana surfaces warranty covers 3 years for Durawood Top / Aluminum Top and Aluminum Base against structural failure from date of purchase. It applies to finishing and weaving against peeling, cracking or blistering. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR, TEXTURE OR FINISHES AND SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS THAT RESULT FROM THE CASTING AND/OR FINISHING PROCESS.

Durawood Table Tops are made of Polystyrene (PS). Due to its unique nature, severe and direct sunlight may cause sun damage. Defects that develop due to extreme climate conditions are not covered by this warranty. Please refer to the specific use and care guidelines on the care and maintenance for Durawood products on Ratana’s website. 

FAUX STONE / COMPOSITE MARBLE STONE TOP 2 Years Limited Warranty. The Ratana warranty covers Faux Stone / Composite Marble Stone Top against structural failure for 2 years from date of purchase. It applies to finishes against peeling, cracking or blistering. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR, TEXTURE OR FINISHES AND SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS THAT RESULT FROM THE CASTING AND/OR FINISHING PROCESS.

FIRE PIT TOP / BASE/ BURNER AND APRTS 3 – 5 Years Limited Warranty. The Ratana warranty covers Fire Pit Base (frame) / Aluminum Fire Pit Top for 3 years from date of purchase against structural failure. The Ratana warranty for Burner System and Gas Valve for 2 years for aluminum and 5 years for Stainless Steel pans form date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The Ratana Windshield warranty is 1 year against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Reflective Fire Glass, Glass Pebbles and Lave Rocks are not covered under warranty.

Hardware / Parts and Components – The Ratana warranty covers parts, hardware and components (e.g. seat straps, leg glides, and adjustable legs) for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.  

Outdoor Cushion / Sling and Fabric – The Ratana outdoor cushions warranty covers against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Fading and/or discoloration of fabrics or slings resulting from exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other cause are not covered. Mildew will grow on dirt, dust, pollen and other organic matters on fabric covers; this is not covered by warranty. Softening of cushions or foams is part of normal wear and tear process, and is not considered as defective. Shrinkage of covers due to improper cleaning procedures will void the warranty.

Sling Fabric 2 Years Limited Warranty Textilene Sling/Padded Sling – Ratana’s warranty for Textilene or Padded Sling covers 2 years against manufacturing defects in materials and tearing from the date of purchase Different variations in construction (i.e different types of yarns and varying numbers of yarns in the warp and fill.) may affect sag and sag recovery. Warranty does not cover such variations in sag and sag recovery. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other causes are not covered.

Batyline Sling – Serge Ferrari provides 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects in materials (Please refer to http://www.sergeferrari.com). Different variations in construction might result in variations in sag and sag recovery. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SUCH VARIATIONS.

Fabric is warranted only to the extent of the warranty provided to Ratana by its fabric suppliers.

Customer’s Own Material (C.O.M.) fabrics are not covered under this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
• Failure due to lack of routine maintenance. Standard maintenance and upkeep should be done at regular intervals.  
• In pool or seaside use, finishing failure or hardware damage caused by neglecting to provide reasonable and necessary care. In seaside or pool area use, salt and chlorides can accumulate and cause built up of aggressive corrosive matter. Weekly surface cleaning is recommended to prevent blistering of paint and oxidation of frame or hardware.
• Breakage due to abuse or misuse, alternation or modification of the product.
• Improper assembly, improper shipping or handling by customer.
• Damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or fire.
• Damage caused by ammonia cleaners, suntan oils, and other harsh chemicals.
• Glass breakage, chipping and cracking.
• Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Fabric rips, tears, or pillings appears in upholstered, woven straps and ropes products.
• Flattening or compression of cushions and pads.
• Failure of powder coating finishes due to abrasion, including abrasion caused by stacking the furniture or scraping against other surfaces.
• Normal fading of color caused by exposure to sun and weather.
• Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperature.
• Products that are sold in “as is” condition or clearance merchandise.
• Minor variations in color, texture or finishes and surface imperfections that result from the casting and/or finishing process.

Winter Storage
During the winter months, all outdoor furniture should be stored indoors in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage, serious structural damage caused by freeze or ice damage is not covered by warranty.

Ratana is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, which may vary in some states. In no event shall Ratana’s responsibility exceed the value of the replacement products. Warranty service of any kind does not extend the warranty period.
IF RATANA APPROVED THE REPLACEMENT, THE WARRANTY PERIOD REMAINS UNCHANGED STARTING FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. Warranty service of any kind does not extend the warranty period. The terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS: ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL RATANA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. 

Treasure Garden items are designed for residential use and are not warranted for commercial applications (unless specified for Commercial use).

LIMITED WARRANTY (Frames and Accessories):

One (1) year: AG Cantilever styles, Glide Tilt styles, Push Button Tilt styles, Quad Pulley Lift – UM8091 style, Umbrella Lights, Umbrella Bases and Accessories, Protective Furniture Covers, Outdoor Rugs

Two (2) years: AKZ Plus Cantilever styles, Vienna Alu Teak – UV89115A style, Shanghai Collar Tilt – USA459, Pagoda Collar Tilt – UP65409 style, Starlux Collar Tilt – UM800_LX, Collar Tilt – UM80__series, Auto Tilt – UM81__ series, Auto Tilt – UM8810RT style, Crank Lift – UM8811RT style

Three (3) years: Commercial – UCP40_ series

Limited Warranty Includes: 
Frame, ribs, finial, tilt, cord, crank handle, housing, powder coat finish, canopy and rib pocket seams. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period on any Treasure Garden product; Treasure Garden, at its option, will repair or replace the product without charge.

LIMITED WARRANTY Fabric (Furniture Grade):
The following fabric lines have a limited warranty against fading for:
5 years – Sunbrella®/Outdura®/Bella-Dura®/Docril®
4 years – O’bravia®

What Is NOT Covered:
Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, or failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care, and any modification to product are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty. This warranty covers return freight of any warranted product only for the first year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. 

Wind Damage:
Treasure Garden highly recommends that no umbrella, regardless of size or weight, ever be left unattended in the open position. In windy conditions, it is further recommended that umbrellas be closed, removed from their base, and stored, or laid horizontally. This will reduce the risk of damage to your umbrella, furniture, and other belongings or property. To ensure stability of your umbrella, please observe proper placement, and use sufficient weight (base). The Treasure Garden catalog contains minimum recommendations for necessary weight; but this can vary, depending on the conditions in your particular area. WIND DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR LIMITED WARRANTY.

Rust:
Rust is a natural part of the aging process of all Steel or Iron based materials and is therefore NOT considered a defect. Treasure Garden Cast Iron & Steel plate bases are designed to require minimum maintenance. Bases should be kept clean. Do not let dirt build up on the bases. Cleaning with mild soap and water, and seasonal touch-up of any scratches, chips or occasional rust seepage from crevices or hidden, un-finishable surfaces inherent in some designs is all that is required. Touch Up paint in matching frame colors are available through your retail dealer. Never leave bases standing in water. To keep your bases looking their best, you may wish to store them when not in use for an extended period of time.

Weaver Playsets LTD warrants to the original owner at the original installation address, all structural components such as PVC vinyl, treated wood and Poly deck and rail materials are covered by a 20 year warranty. All slides, swings, roof canopies, and accessories are warranted for 5 years from date of original owner. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the product or damage resulting from misuse or abuse, or acts of God. Any alteration, addition, or relocation of this product, or if the playset is more then 2 inches off level, will void this warranty. Weaver Playsets LTD reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice. Warranty does not include surface rust on metal parts and chains, links, etc.

*Swingsets must be level.

WHAT IS COVERED:

We warrant to you, the original purchaser that with the exceptions stated below, the furniture you have selected is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted based on quality of workmanship, not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance or stretching.

Structural –

This limited structural warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years for Aluminum and Iron and three (3) years for Woven from the date of delivery.

Finish –

This limited finish warranty lasts for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

Cushion –

This limited cushion warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the furniture to you (“Warranty Period”). Cushion warranty covers workmanship of the cushion itself and the filler for one (1) year. Fabrics may be covered under a separate warranty by the fabric manufacturer. If a fabric is deemed defective after the one (1) year cushion warranty by the fabric manufacturer, cost for replacing the cushion, less the fabric charges would be your responsibility. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture or have unauthorized repairs or alterations done to the furniture during the warranty period. Products approved for use in commercial applications will be covered under the current Hospitality Warranty Period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Parts –

Certain parts, such as recliner mechanisms, fire table burners, etc., only carry a one (1) year warranty.

WHAT WOODARD WILL DO:

Frames –

If within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters, Woodard will, at our option, repair or replace the frame in the original color and style. Please note that it is at Woodard’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not.

Straps –

If within the Warranty Period, the strap breaks or pulls out of the frame within three (3) years from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement strap(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). Please note that it is at Woodard’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not.

Slings –

If within the Warranty Period, the sling breaks or pulls out of the frame within one (1) year from date of delivery, Woodard will send a replacement sling(s) directly to you upon receipt of the defective item(s). Please note that it is at Woodard’s discretion as to whether the original defective piece is required to be sent back or not. In the event that a frame finish, style or fabric has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the defective frame, sling or cushion in a similar style or color at our option. Please note, because iron is made from steel, small amounts of rust seepage may appear when used outdoors, mainly in the joints and crevices. This seepage is normal and is not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance (e.g. cleaning the furniture, touching up nicks and scrapes) must be exercised.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, glides or if the furniture is used for commercial purposes (except where noted) or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the product information brochures.

DISCLAIMER:

This warranty is valid only in the fifty (50) United States and Canada. This warranty is in lieu of any implied or other expressed warranties, implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability imposed on the sale of this furniture under State law, are limited to a fifteen (15) year duration for the frame and seven (7) years on the finish, a three (3) year duration for the strap and one (1) year duration for the fabric. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Woodard shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, personal injury, or other consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation exclusion may not apply to you. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any other warranty or assume any other obligation for the manufacturer in connection with the sale of these goods. Woodard reserves the right to make design, color, or fabric changes and/or discontinue any item(s) without notice.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
